Dean has a wide range of experience in marketing, design, engineering, manufacturing, computer technology, importing and exporting, opening up foreign markets in the US, Asia, U.K, Middle East and Europe.

Dean has worked with Horwath International (Jordan Office) as Director of Oil and Gas Development Middle East then with PricewaterhouseCoopers (Jordan Office) as senior consultant Business Development Middle East.

He also received a Highly Commended Award in 2002 from the Australian Academy of Engineers Sydney Division for his design of an Emergency Relief Shelter.

Dean is also a former National and state Judo Champion and an avid sports fan.

Stewart has over twenty years of consumer marketing experience, working in elite sports coaching and sports centre management has taken Stewart all over the world.

Anne brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the YouAd board, with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the Superior School of Electricity in Paris and a Master Degree in Energy and Earth Resources from the Jackson School of Geosciences in the University of Texas in Austin.

Anne was a research and teaching assistant at the University of Texas and a research intern for the Hudson Institute in Washington, specialized on geopolitical issues in Central Asia.

Anne has been working for 3 years as a Research Analyst for Austin exploration Limited, Australian company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. She is now working as a Middle Office Analyst in oil and gas trading for Atlantic Trading and Marketing in Houston, Texas.

Anne has played tennis competition in high school, college and with the University of Texas tennis team from 2005 to 2007. With background in critical fields Anne is perfectly suited to be on the YouAd LLC executive team and we are very fortunate to have her on board.

As a sports coach, father and husband, Donald brings integrity, versatility, and truth to the plate every time. YouAd LLC are honored to have him on the board.

Suzy Balogh is the first Australian woman to win an Olympic shooting gold medal.

She has represented Australia in four disciplines of Clay Target shooting, Down the Line, American Skeet, Double Trap and Olympic Trap.

In 1998 she began competing for Australia on the International Scene in Olympic Trap and in 1999 in Double Trap.

Suzy won National, Oceania, Commonwealth, World and Olympic Titles, including gold in the women's trap in Athens 2004 –the first ever gold won by an Australian women in an Olympic shooting event.

Marks corporate management experience covers over two decades, as managing director of Wenmar Pty Ltd he was instrumental in the development of acres of prime macadamia plantations from seed to export during the 90`s.

For the past ten years Mark has overseen the refurbishment and expansion of Diamond Beach Resort a four star corporate and holiday destination located in Cabarita Northern NSW.
